Hey girl – never think of it as a failure! It was one avenue you tried and I’m glad you had the clear vision to realize that it wasn’t working for you and your body to have it removed. I know I haven’t seen you in a while, but I always keep up with your blog and vlogs and you have more power then you know. Thanks for letting us in so honestly Tina and anytime you need anything out here in AZ…you know where I am. <3 alpha gam love for life!

Hey Girl! I just wanted to let you know that I’ve been silently following your journey and that I’m glad you’re well again. I know how incredibly strong and independent you are and I KNOW that you can do this on your own with the love and support of your family and friends. I am on a weight loss journey myself and there are weeks when instead of losing weight, I gain. I just keep reminding myself that this is a journey that I am on, not an overnight solution. It’s OK to indulge so long as the indulgences are the exception and not the rule. It’s OK to not lose weight EVERY week, so long as you get back on that wagon and keep on rollin’!

All I can say is AMEN! Thank you for following, even if silently. hahahaa We can do this, girl! And so glad to hear you’re on a journey of your own.

    Auggie,
You are an inspiration my friend. Take what you have learned from this incredible experience and go get ‘er done. I am inspired to make a better effort to get active after listening to your experience. My Endo says… “eat as much as you are going to exercise.” Heck I have to work.. I have a life! I can’t stay in the gym or walk 10 miles a day!!! Are you kidding me???? I was a witness to your success a few years ago. YOU can do it again. Girl, I am so proud of you. Realizing that doing things in an “old fashioned” way is not so old fashioned after all is an INCREDIBLE attitude! Good luck my friend. I have so much confidence in your success. Keep on keepin’ on.
