I realize that I completely forgot to post about the FLFLS days 20 & 21. Better late than never, right? heh.
I guess the reason I forgot was because day 20 was all about ‘telling a friend’ about the program and how wonderfullll it was. Ummm I’m not doing unpaid work for FLFLS, k thx. Esp since it wasn’t extravagant. And then day 21 was all about re-taking my measurements and resetting goals for the FLFLS for life track.
My overall review of the program was that it definitely worked, but it does take a lot of effort. More effort than WW or counting calories. The pay off (in terms of weightloss), from my own personal experience, seems to be about the same. I lost around 7-8lbs in the process, which is about normal for me in a 3 week period, especially since the initial loss is mainly water weight.
That being said, clearly it wasn’t anything life-changing, because I’ve moved from this program to the old school track your calories method. It’s worked in the past and I’m using myfitnesspal to track everything. Friend me here!
